Before Dispatch: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before they are dispatched, whichever comes first. Please email us at info@estielco.com with your order number.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Please refer to our refund policy for further details.
Confirmation: Once we have processed your cancellation, you will receive an email confirmation.
